I recall a few league time frames where battle records counted (I think Vaskez ran it like that) and I think it's a cool concept. Simply say no to aliases (people who can't be vouched for by others at least) and everyone else will hopefully try harder to not get an L on their record. I agree with $pit here. If I lose 10 times and it gets added then that just means I'm not good and my record should reflect that.

So for me, the entire battle record concept on member profiles is representative of a completely different era and point in time. I’d prefer it to be retired accordingly. Or at least mine. Not sure what’s so hard to grasp about that. Let sleeping dogs lie.

Individual leagues on RB have never impacted profile battle records. They’ve always been for FL and EFL. Unless we’re gonna go back and retroactively add the shit ton of battles I’ve won in LLL, then I don’t want them all of a sudden going on my shit in the big 2025. Lol like what are we doing here.

@Zunto you can either allow me (or anyone else) to opt out of participating in that system, or I’ll be permanently signing out after my battle this week. Needs to be optional given the history of the system on this site.

Not to my recollection, but if they have, then the comical inconsistency of it only strengthens my overall sentiment. Can’t just pick and choose which seasons and leagues to apply it to. Otherwise, just allow people to choose to participate in that system beforehand.

It represents a different era and I want the respect on my name to decide I’m not participating in someone editing my shit like that at this point. It’s a matter of principle to me.
